This consent is optional. Refusing it does not affect the player’s ability to participate in the camp.
What you can consent to
Freibeuter 2010 e.V. may create photographs and video recordings during the camp in which the player may be recognisable.
If you give consent, selected material may be used to document and communicate the camp and youth basketball activities.
Possible publication channels
- SKOK League / SKOK Academy / Freibeuter websites.
- Official Freibeuter and SKOK social-media accounts, including Instagram.
- Digital event recaps and camp-related communication.
Important limits
Consent is voluntary and is not required for participation.
The organiser should avoid attaching unnecessary sensitive information to published media.
Once content has been published on social networks or the public internet, third parties may copy or redistribute it, and complete removal from third-party systems cannot always be guaranteed.
Withdrawal
You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future by contacting vorstand@freibeuter2010.org.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of publication carried out before the withdrawal. After a withdrawal, the organiser will stop new use based on that consent and remove content under its control where reasonably possible and legally required.
